District III can customize a housing needs assessment. An assessment includes an overview of the present
housing situation, a set of recommended actions based on the current situation, and possible methods of implementing
the recommended actions.
A housing survey may accompany the housing assessment if your community is concerned about the public's opinion on housing. The housing survey can help community leaders plan for future growth and give developers an idea of what types of housing would work best in the community.
